Premier awarded ISO9001 for 2nd year

Premier were today awarded for the 2nd year running the ISO9001 certificate.  We are only 1 of 2 Audio companies in Europe to be awarded this certificate. And as an  ISO 9001 quality assured registered firm and founding members of the Audio Marketing Association, Premier are bound by strict quality and customer service rules – is your supplier?

We have recently hosted meetings with Jerry Brown of Business Voice in Toledo Ohio, Pete Turpel from Phone on Hold in La, California and Simon Faure-Field of Equal Strategy in Singapore. The rationale for the meetings was to discuss ways that we will work with our clients to discover more efficient customer-centric systems and also to explore areas where we can cooperate in global joint ventures… watch this space for changes in practices and new ideas!
